| In vitro | VEGFR-2-IN-46 (compound 4d) exhibits cytotoxicity against HT-29, HeLa, HepG2, and MCF10A cells, with IC50 values of 501, 34.3, 25.0, and 128.7 µM, respectively. At a concentration of 25 µM for 72 hours, VEGFR-2-IN-46 induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest and causes necrosis and apoptosis in HepG2 cells. |
