| In vitro | V-11-0711 (hydrochloride), at concentrations of 0.1-10 μM over 48 hours, reduces the levels of PC and GPC in MDA-MB-231 and SUM149 cells. It does not decrease Chk-α protein levels in SUM149 cells at low doses, but it reduces them by approximately 50% at higher doses. At a 10 μM concentration, it significantly lowers PtdCho levels and raises fatty acid levels in SUM149 cells. Additionally, V-11-0711 increases the number of lipid droplets in these cells by about 1.8 times at 10 μM. At this concentration, it also induces apoptosis in SUM149 cells. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
