In vitro | Type II topoisomerase inhibitor 1 (13 e, 18 h) demonstrates antibacterial efficacy against E. coli and S. aureus, exhibiting minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 64 μg/mL and 16 μg/mL respectively. Additionally, at a concentration of 50 μM over 48 hours, it inhibits HepG2 cell growth by 8.4%. The cell viability assay for HepG2 cells at concentrations of 10 μM and 50 μM for 48 hours revealed cytotoxic effects, with inhibition rates of 1.5% and 8.4% respectively. |
