Description
Tripeptide-32, a bioactive peptide with anti-aging properties, has been reported for use as a cosmetic ingredient. Tripeptide-32' s core value lies in improving fine lines and wrinkles on the face, with particular applicability to the study and intervention of periorbital aging, photoaging, and various skin aging-related concerns.
In vitro
Method: Ex-vivo skin was treated with the full complex containing Tripeptide-32 (Complex 1 + Tripeptide-32) for 5 and 10 days, and the expression changes of elastin and fibrillin were measured.
Result: After 5 days of treatment, the full complex with Tripeptide-32 increased elastin by more than 100%; after 10 days, elastin increased by more than 230%, and fibrillin increased by more than 60%[1].
Method: Normal human adult dermal fibroblasts were treated with the full complex containing Tripeptide-32 for 3 days, and the expression levels of collagen and fibronectin were measured.
Result: After 3 days of treatment, collagen increased by 113% and fibronectin increased by 80%[1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 µL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
