| Description | TNF-α/IL-1β/IL-6-IN-1 is an anti-inflammatory agent. It exerts its effects by downregulating the expression of pro-inflammatory factors such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6, as well as inhibiting the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Additionally, TNF-α/IL-1β/IL-6-IN-1 can enhance ABCG1 expression to facilitate cholesterol efflux. This compound is suitable for research on atherosclerosis and other diseases related to inflammation and lipid metabolism. |
| In vitro | TNF-α/IL-1β/IL-6-IN-1 (compound 5j) at a concentration of 1.25 μg/mL significantly reduces intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in RAW 264.7 cells. In LPS-activated RAW 264.7 cells, the same compound decreases mRNA and protein levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6. Additionally, in ox-LDL-induced RAW 264.7 foam cells, the compound notably reduces lipid droplet area and intracellular cholesterol content while increasing ABCG1 levels. TNF-α/IL-1β/IL-6-IN-1 at concentrations ranging from 1.25 to 20 μg/mL over 24 hours exhibits no significant cytotoxicity in RAW 264.7 cells. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
