| In vitro | Telomerase-IN-9 (compound 28) exhibits potent and selective cytotoxicity against A549, MDA-MB-231, and NCI-H460 cell lines with IC 50 values of 0.043, 0.926, and 1.08 μM, respectively, while showing low cytotoxicity towards Vero cells (IC 50 > 25 μM). At concentrations of 5-10 μM over 48 hours, Telomerase-IN-9 induces apoptosis in A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner. At 10 μM, it significantly inhibits telomerase activity in A549 cells, with a fold change of 0.535. Moreover, Telomerase-IN-9 suppresses colony formation in A549 cells in a concentration-dependent way over 12 days at 3.75-25 μM. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
