At 9.467 μg/mL over 48 hours, it induces S phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in MCF-7 cells [1]. |
| In vivo | Telomerase-IN-4, administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 5 mg/kg three times weekly over two weeks, exhibited anticancer activity by inhibiting tumor growth in albino female Swiss mice [1]. |
