| Description | Tamerit as an efficient inhibitor of oxidative burst in monocytes. |
| In vitro | Bioengineering and chemical tracing: Tamerit can be used to label biomolecules, especially in labeling experiments that require chemiluminescent signals. It can bind to different types of biomolecules and mark them at specific locations for detection. 2. Notes: Reaction conditions: The chemiluminescent reaction of Tamerit depends on the acid-base environment and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. Make sure to use the appropriate buffer and reagent concentration. Safety of operation: Tamerit and hydrogen peroxide solutions may be irritating to the skin and eyes. Appropriate protective equipment such as gloves and goggles should be worn when using them. Storage conditions: Tamerit solutions should be stored away from light, and the reagents should be kept in an appropriate environment to maintain their activity. The above information is based on published literature. Experimental procedures should be appropriately modified to meet specific research demands. |
