| Description | SU0383 is a dual inhibitor of MTH1 and OGG1, with IC50 values of 0.034 μM and 0.49 μM, respectively. It induces cytotoxicity in cancer cells and increases their sensitivity to oxidative stress, while exhibiting lower toxicity in normal cells. SU0383 is applicable for cancer research. |

| In vitro | SU0383, at a concentration of 20 μM for 24-72 hours, induces cytotoxicity in A549, H460, and HCT116 cells. At concentrations ranging from 0.01-10 μM for 24 hours, SU0383 exhibits low toxicity in MCF-7 and HeLa cells. Additionally, at 10 μM for 16 hours, SU0383 increases the sensitivity of MCF-7 tumor cells to hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress. Furthermore, SU0383 at 10 μM binds to native NUDT1 and inhibits native OGG1 activity in MCF7 cell lysates. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
