STIM1-TFR1-IN-1 is an inhibitor of the stromal interaction molecule 1-transferrin receptor 1 (STIM1-TFR1) protein complex, demonstrating a dissociation constant (Kd) of 2.18 μM with STIM1-CD protein. Description

This compound disrupts the interaction between STIM1 and TFR1, thereby reducing TFR1-mediated iron uptake activity. In vitro
STIM1-TFR1-IN-1 (Compound S-IN-1) at concentrations of 0.15625-5 μM directly and selectively binds to the STIM1-CD protein, with a dissociation constant (K d) of 2.18 μM. At concentrations of 10-20 μM, S-IN-1 inhibits the interaction between STIM1 and TFR1 in HT22 mouse neuronal cells exposed to Hemin to simulate intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Furthermore, S-IN-1 at 0-40 μM alleviates neuronal ferroptosis and enhances neuronal cell viability in Hemin-treated HT22 mouse neuronal cells by reducing iron accumulation, lipid peroxidation, and ROS, while boosting the antioxidant defense system.
In vivo
STIM1-TFR1-IN-1 (Compound S-IN-1) administered orally at a dosage of 10 mg/kg once every 24 hours significantly reduces brain tissue damage in a mouse model of cerebral hemorrhage, while continuously improving sensory, motor, and cognitive neurological deficits.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
