| In vivo | Methods: A murine orthotopic tumor model was established. Sotigalimab (10 mg/kg) was administered intraperitoneally once every 3 days for 14 consecutive days. Flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry were used to analyze immune cell subsets and their activation status in the tumor microenvironment. Results: Sotigalimab effectively activated intratumoral antigen-presenting cells (DCs/macrophages) and increased the infiltration of CD8+ effector T cells. [1] |
