| Description | SNX3-IN-1 is an inhibitor of sorting nexin 3 (SNX3). It reduces SNX3 protein expression and suppresses the activation of the SNX3-mediated Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. SNX3-IN-1 inhibits the proliferation and migration of cells associated with pulmonary fibrosis and reduces the expression of fibrosis markers α-SMA and COL-1. SNX3-IN-1 is applicable in pulmonary fibrosis research. |
| In vitro | SNX3-IN-1 (Compound LC4) inhibits the enhanced migration capability of fibroblasts overexpressing SNX3. It also suppresses β-catenin accumulation and nuclear localization induced by SNX3 in cells. At a concentration of 10 μM, SNX3-IN-1 inhibits TGF-β1-induced α-SMA expression in both AT2 cells and fibroblasts, thereby reducing fibrotic activation. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
