Description	SENP1-IN-3 is a distinct inhibitor of the deSUMOylation protease 1 (SENP1), designed to enhance tumor radiosensitivity.
In vitro	SENP1-IN-3 enhances the radiosensitivity of tumor cells and exhibits cytotoxicity against Hela cells over a concentration range of 0.7-20 μM after 72 hours of treatment, with an IC50 value greater than 20μM. This suggests that SENP1-IN-3's efficacy extends beyond a specific threshold concentration, demonstrating a potential for selective tumor targeting without affecting cells below this concentration threshold.
