Description PROTAC TG2 degrader-2 (compound 7) is a selective competitive degrader of Transglutaminase 2 (TG2), exhibiting a dissociation constant (Kd) greater than 100 μM. It inhibits cell migration and reduces TG2 levels in ovarian cancer cells, making it a valuable tool for ovarian cancer research [1].
In vitro PROTAC TG2 degrader-2 (Compound 7) (10 μΜ, up to 24 h) inhibits migration in wound healing and invasion assays of OVCAR5 and SKOV3 cell lines [1]. Additionally, at 10 μΜ, it reduces the adherence of these cells to fibronectin [1]. When administered up to 10 μΜ for 6 h, it decreases the levels of transglutaminase 2 (TG2) in a concentration-dependent manner within 6 h in both OVCAR5 and SKOV3 cells [1].
