In vitro	PROTAC CDK9 degrader-5 (Compound 15e) at 1μM for a duration of 6 hours reduces the protein levels of MCL2 and competitively degrades CDK9 in MV411 cells [1]. Additionally, administration of PROTAC CDK9 degrader-5 at the same concentration demonstrates a time-dependent decrease in the protein levels of both MCL2 and CDK9, with sustained inhibition observed for up to 24 hours [1].
