| In vitro | p38α inhibitor 6 (compound 19) inhibits the growth of UO-31 cells with an IC50 of 1.14 μM. At a concentration of 1.14 μM over 24 hours, p38α inhibitor 6 increases the accumulation of UO-31 cells in the G0 and G2/M phases. Additionally, this compound induces apoptosis in UO-31 cells. |
