Description

ON-013100 is an antineoplastic drug. ON-013100 also acts as a mitotic inhibitor that could inhibit Cyclin D1 expression.

In vitro

ON 013100 effectively inhibits the proliferation of various cancer cell lines, including mantle cell lymphoma (MCL; JEKO-1 and MINO), breast (MCF7 and MDA-MB-231), gastric (AGS), and esophageal (OE19, OE33, FLO-1) at nanomolar concentrations (ON 013100 GI50=6.7-11.2 nM). It significantly modifies the cell cycle distribution, notably increasing the population of cells at the G2/M phase, with treatment at just 0.1 μM leading to G2/M phase arrest. Additionally, ON-013100 triggers apoptosis, demonstrating broad-spectrum anti-cancer activity in vitro[2][3].

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
