| In vitro | ON 013100 effectively inhibits the proliferation of various cancer cell lines, including mantle cell lymphoma (MCL; JEKO-1 and MINO), breast (MCF7 and MDA-MB-231), gastric (AGS), and esophageal (OE19, OE33, FLO-1) at nanomolar concentrations (ON 013100 GI50=6.7-11.2 nM). It significantly modifies the cell cycle distribution, notably increasing the population of cells at the G2/M phase, with treatment at just 0.1 μM leading to G2/M phase arrest. Additionally, ON-013100 triggers apoptosis, demonstrating broad-spectrum anti-cancer activity in vitro[2][3]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
