Description
Neuraminidase-IN-20 (Compound 5i) is an inhibitor of neuraminidase (NA)(H5N1-H274Y) with an IC50 of 0.44 μM. It binds to the 430-cavity site of NA, disrupting the enzyme's activity.
In vitro
Neuraminidase-IN-20 (45-66 μM; 72 h) exhibits a degree of cytotoxicity in A549 cells. The compound forms multiple hydrogen bonds with several key residues in NA (such as Arg118 and Arg371), significantly enhancing its inhibitory effect on NA.
