| In vivo | ADCT-601 (Mipasetamab uzoptirine) (1 mg/kg; intravenous injection; once daily for 60 days) demonstrated antitumor activity in mice in both the MDA-MB-231 triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) xenograft model and the SN12C renal cell carcinoma xenograft model [1]. ADCT-601 (Mipasetamab uzoptirine) (0.075, 0.15, or 0.3 mg/kg; intravenous injection; once daily for 45 days) exhibited dose-dependent activity in a heterogeneous AXL-expressing pancreatic cancer PDX model (PAXF1657) [1]. |
