| In vitro | LUF7244, at concentrations ranging from 0 to 10 μM, specifically targets and binds to Kv11.1 channels in HEK293 cells, thereby enhancing the IKv11.1 by preventing its inactivation in a dose-responsive manner [1]. In cardiomyocytes within the same concentration range, LUF7244 significantly shortens the action potential duration (APD) by about 50% and mitigates dofetilide-induced early afterdepolarizations (EAD) in isolated ventricular cardiomyocytes from both SR and CAVB dogs [1]. Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
