Latikafusp (AMG 256) is a fusion protein that is a PD-1 blocker and IL-21R agonist with antitumor activity.Latikafusp initiates and prolongs cytotoxicity and memory T-cell activity and induces the generation of immunogenicity-mediated responses.

In cynomolgus monkeys, Latikafusp elicited strong immunogenic and hypersensitivity responses when administered intravenously at a dose of 5 mg/kg on days 1 and 15. Latikafusp was able to activate the classical and alternative complement pathways when administered intravenously at doses of 10 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg once a week for three weeks. In addition, cynomolgus monkeys in all dose groups exhibited strong antibody responses when Latikafusp was administered intravenously at 10 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg once a week over a three-week period, suggesting that the drug is highly immunogenic.[1]
