Description	KWCN-41 is a potent and selective RIPK1 kinase inhibitor (IC50=88 nM) that specifically inhibits necrosis without affecting apoptosis and exhibits anti-inflammatory effects.
Targets&IC50	RIPK1:88 nM
In vitro	KWCN-41 (10/50/50 nM; 1 h) dose-dependently inhibited necrosis in L929 cells [1]. KWCN-41 (10/50/250 nM; 0.5/1.5/2.5 h) inhibited phosphorylation of RIPK1/3 and MLKL in L929 cells [1]. KWCN-41 (0-10 μM) dose-dependently inhibited TZ-induced necrosis in L929 cells and suppressed TSZ-induced necrosis in HT-29 and U937 cells [1].
In vivo	KWCN-41 (10/25/40 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; 72 hours) dose-dependently inhibited TNF-α-induced mouse mortality and improved survival rates [1].

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
