| In vitro | KB528 (0-1 μM; 24-72 h) induces apoptosis in MM1.S cells in a concentration-dependent manner after 48 hours of treatment. KB528 (100 nM; 6-24 h) leads to a rapid loss of IKZF3 protein acetylation in MM1.S cells, followed by a temporary decrease in mRNA and protein levels, with mRNA levels eventually rebounding. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
