Description
Ispinesib (SB-715992) mesylate is a specific inhibitor of the spindle motor protein KSP, with a Ki app value of 1.7 nM.

In vitro
Ispinesib mesylate (150 nM) inhibits BT-474 and MDA-MB-468 cell lines with respective GI 50 values of 45 nM and 19 nM. Ispinesib (SB715992, 15 and 30 nM) mesylate suppresses proliferation of PC-3 prostate cancer cells by 48.65% and 52.16%, inducing apoptosis by 1094.88% and 1516.70%. It upregulates genes responsible for apoptosis and cell cycle arrest while downregulating genes linked to cell proliferation and survival. Genistein enhances the antiproliferative and pro-apoptotic activities of Ispinesib mesylate.
In vivo
Administered via intraperitoneal injection, Ispinesib (Severe immunodeficiency, 8 mg/kg; nude mice, 10 mg/kg, every 4 days for 3 cycles) mesylate reduces tumor volume in xenograft models of ER-positive (MCF7), HER2-positive (KPL4, HCC1954, and BT-474), and triple-negative (MDA-MB-468) breast cancer in mice.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
