Iparomlimab is a highly specific humanized monoclonal antibody against human programmed death receptor 1(PD-1). It can block the interaction between PD-1 and its ligand PD-L1/PD-L2 by accurately recognizing and binding the extracellular domain of PD-1, so it can be used as a pharmacological tool to relieve the immunosuppression of T cells, induce the release of anti-tumor cytokines and study the blocking mechanism of immune checkpoints in experimental research.
