Description

It inhibits the transcription and replication of viral RNA, making it suitable for research on Influenza A virus (IAV).
In vitro
Influenza A virus-IN-15 (Compound 9b) inhibits the activity of IAV, with an IC50 of 0.88 μM [1]. Influenza A virus-IN-15 effectively reduces infection of the strains A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1), A/Aichi/2/1968 (X31)(H3N2), B/Brisbane/60/2008 (B/Victoria), and B/Phuket/3073/2013 (B/Yamagata) in a dose-independent manner, with IC50 values of 3.57 μM, 4.66 μM, 5.16 μM, and 6.33 μM, respectively [1].
