Description	H-Ile-Pro-Pro-OH acetate is a angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE) of milk-derived tripeptides.
In vitro	Ile-Pro-Pro (IPP) attenuated the development of atherosclerosis in apolipoprotein E-deficient (apo E(-/-)) mice [1]. Ile-Pro-Pro attenuated arterial dysfunction in L-NAME-treated rats [1]. Ile-Pro-Pro (IPP) reduced blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) [1].
In vivo	Ile-Pro-Pro (IPP) increased nitric oxide (NO) production in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) [1].
