| Description | GSK 690 (Hydrochloride) is a reversible lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) inhibitor with a Kd of 9 nM and an IC50 of 37 nM. |
| Targets&IC50 | LSD1:(kd)8 nM , LSD1:37 nM |
| In vitro | GSK690 (1-10 μM) synergizes with JNJ-26481585 to promote cell death across four RMS cell lines (RD, RH30, RMS13, and TE381.T cells), impacting the equilibrium of pro- and antiapoptotic proteins at 1 μM for RD cells and at 10 μM for RH30 cells. This combined treatment triggers caspase-dependent apoptosis at these same concentrations for RD and RH30 cells, respectively, and amplifies JNJ-26481585-induced G2/M phase arrest. |
