| In vitro | In cellular assays, GNE-9822 functioned as an inhibitor of Interleukin-2 Inducible T-Cell Kinase (ITK), inhibiting the phosphorylation of the downstream substrate Phospholipase C γ (PLCγ) with an IC50 of 55 nM. It was also referenced in degradation studies with an EC50 of 354.5 nM against ITK [1]. |
