| In vitro | Geptanolimab exhibits high specificity in binding to the PD-1 of Homo sapiens (KD=505 pM) and Macaca mulatta (KD=7.2 nM) [1]. Geptanolimab also enhances T-cell activation in mixed lymphocyte response (MLR) of Homo sapiens and significantly increases the release of IL-2 and IFN-γ [1]. |
