| In vitro | G-{d-Arg}-GDSP at concentrations ranging from 17 to 850 μM over a period of 10 days significantly reduces osteoclastic resorption when tested at 170 μM in 17-day-old fetal mouse metacarpals. It also impedes the release of 45Ca in osteoclast precursor-dependent bone organ cultures [1]. |
