| Description | FSG67 is a glycerol 3-phosphate acyltransferase (GPAT) and glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase, mitochondrial (GPAM) inhibitor that attenuates hepatic regeneration following acetaminophen overdose by altering GSK3β and Wnt/β-catenin signaling. |
| Targets&IC50 | GPAT:24 μM, oxidative metabolis:27.7 μM |
| In vitro | FSG67 is a glycerol 3-phosphate acyltransferase (GPAT) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 24 μM.FSG67 was able to reduce the level of phosphorylation of GSK3β and associated signaling after paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose. [1] In mature adipocytes, FSG67 elevated oxidative metabolism in a dose-dependent manner with an IC50 of 27.7 μM. [2] |
