It demonstrates potent antiproliferative activity in FLT3-ITD positive MV4-11 cells (IC50 = 14.95 nM) and MOLM-13 cells (IC50 = 18.5 nM). 3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
