| In vitro | EGFR-IN-127 (compound b) effectively inhibits the proliferation of several lung cancer cell lines, including A549, PC-9 del19, PC-9 del19/T790M/C797S, and H1975. The IC50 values for these cell lines are 0.9464 μM, 1.1262 μM, 0.4963 μM, and 1.4142 μM, respectively. Additionally, EGFR-IN-127 demonstrates significant inhibition of cell migration at concentrations ranging from 100 nM to 1 μM over a period of 48 hours. |
