Description
EGFR-IN-108 chloride (Compound Ru3S) is an EGFR inhibitor with an IC50 value of 5.8 nM against hEGFR. It induces apoptosis and exhibits antiproliferative activity against cancer cells. Additionally, EGFR-IN-108 chloride demonstrates anti-angiogenic properties.
In vitro
Ru4S, when applied at concentrations ranging from 0.2 to 100 μM over 48 hours, exhibits cytotoxic effects on HepG2, Caco-2, HT-29, MCF-7, A549, and HEK293T cell lines, with IC50 values of 23.76, 2.47, 6.24, 5.35, 29.90, and 33.15 μM, respectively. Additionally, Ru4S at 0.78 to 50 μM induces apoptosis in HepG2 cells over the same period.
