| In vitro | Methods: DNMDP (2 nM-66.4 μM, 72 hours) was used to treat 766 genomically characterized cancer cell lines, and the cytotoxicity of DNMDP was evaluated through phenotypic screening. Results: DNMDP exhibited significant selective toxicity toward specific cancer cell lines, with 22 cell lines showing high sensitivity to the drug (Z-score < -4), including multiple melanoma cell lines.[1] |
