Description
Dinaline (GOE 1734; PD 104 208; NSC 328786) is an effective, orally active anticancer agent. It exhibits cytotoxic and antitumor properties and holds potential for colorectal cancer research.
In vitro
Dinaline exhibits cytotoxicity against SW707 and SW948 cells at concentrations ranging from 0.47 to 15 µg/mL over 48 and 27 hours, respectively.
In vivo
Dinaline (5.9, 7.7, 10 mg/kg; p.o.; 5 days per week for 10 weeks) has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in rats.
