Deltafluorine is a phosphodiesterase δ (PDEδ) inhibitor with an IC50 of 27 nM and a KD of 148 nM. It covalently modifies the specific glutamic acid residue p.E88 at the PDEδ ligand-binding site, disrupting its chaperone function. Deltafluorine inhibits signaling of the MAPK and Akt-mTOR pathways, reducing ERK1/2 expression levels. It also decreases tumor volume in a spontaneous mouse model of Kras-driven lung adenocarcinoma and is applicable in research related to lung adenocarcinoma.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
