| In vitro | Cyclovalone, at concentrations ranging from 0.2 to 10 μg/ml, effectively inhibited the proliferation of LNCaP and PC-3 cells over a period of 2 to 9 days by disrupting cell cycle transitions in a time and dose-dependent manner [2]. Cell cycle analysis conducted under the conditions of 2 μg/ml concentration and 72 hours of cultivation revealed a decrease in the number of G0/G1 phase cells and an increase in S and G2/M phase cells in LNCaP cells. A similar reduction in G0/G1 phase cells and an increase in S phase cells were observed in PC-3 cells. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
