| In vitro | The estimated total number of SG neurons is 27,485±3,251 and 26,705±1,823 in the PV and Cresyl Violet acetate stained sections, respectively, with no significant difference between them (p=0.552). Therefore, Cresyl Violet acetate staining is simpler and more cost-effective for estimating neuronal numbers. Total RC volume is estimated using the probe, showing an average RC volume of 2.162±0.35 mm³ and 1.82±0.33 mm³ in Cresyl Violet acetate and PV immunostaining sections, respectively. The volume of neurons, estimated using the nucleator probe, is 3,487.63±951 μm³ and 3,740.1±784 μm³ in Cresyl Violet acetate and PV immunostaining sections, respectively. Similarly, the volume of the neuronal nucleus, also estimated using the nucleator probe, is 131.68±50 μm³ and 126.51±33 μm³ in Cresyl Violet acetate and PV immunostaining sections, respectively. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
