AXL-IN-14 is a potent, orally active inhibitor of AXL with an IC50 of 0.8 nM that effectively suppresses Gas6/AXL-mediated cell migration and invasion, reduces the expression of p-AXL and p-AKT proteins, and demonstrates anti-tumor activity [1].

AXL-IN-14, at concentrations of 0.2, 1, and 5 nM for 1 hour, demonstrated a dose-dependent decrease in the expression levels of p-AXL and p-AKT proteins [1]. With a 72-hour exposure, AXL-IN-14 exhibited antiproliferative activity, achieving an IC50 value of 21.8 nM in EBC-1 cells [1]. Additionally, AXL-IN-14, at 20 and 100 nM for 24 hours, inhibited Gas6/AXL-mediated cell migration and invasion in H1299 and SNU449 cells [1].
