| In vitro | Antitumor agent-28 effectively suppresses the activity of ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM; IC 50 =7.6 nM; HT29 cells) and ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein (ATR; IC 50 =18 μM; HT29 cells), as well as PI3Ka (IC 50 =0.24 μM; BT474 cells), showcasing its potential as a therapeutic option. Notably, it does not impact mTOR in MDA-MB-468 cells[1]. |
