| In vitro | Anticancer agent 198 markedly inhibits the survival of PC3-WRN cells, with IC20 values of 0.12 μM in PC3-WRN (OE) cells and 0.98 μM in PC3 cells. At a concentration of 5 μM, the IC50 values for various cancer cell lines are >10 μM for PC3 cells, 0.05 μM for K562 cells, and 1.1 μM for 293T cells. |
