| In vitro | Antibacterial agent 205 exhibits antibacterial activity against Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, Escherichia, Acinetobacter, and Pseudomonas strains, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.25-0.5 μg/mL. It shows low hemolytic activity at concentrations of 0-256 μg/mL and exhibits low cytotoxicity to human blood, liver cells (LO2), and HUVECs, maintaining good compatibility with red blood cells. |
