Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3) is a rat-derived inhibitory antibody targeting mouse CD71/TfR1. It can deplete CD71-positive cells and inhibit the transferrin receptor, and is applicable to research on tumors, infections, inflammation, and immunology, including lung cancer, lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus infection, and heart transplantation.

| Description | Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3) is a rat-derived inhibitory antibody targeting mouse CD71/TfR1. It can deplete CD71-positive cells and inhibit the transferrin receptor, and is applicable to research on tumors, infections, inflammation, and immunology, including lung cancer, lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus infection, and heart transplantation. |
| In vitro | Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3), when treated at a concentration of 10 μg/mL for 18–72 hours, downregulated the expression of transferrin receptor 1 in type 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) and inhibited the uptake of transferrin [3]. |
| In vivo | Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3), when administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 150 μg for 2 consecutive days, can eliminate CD71⁺ erythroid splenocytes in a neonatal mouse model of endotoxemia and improve bacterial clearance efficiency [1]. When administered intravenously at a dose of 0.5 or 1.0 mg per mouse on day 21 post-tumor cell inoculation, Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3) can inhibit the antiviral response of adoptively transferred P14 CD8+ T cells in mice with Lewis lung cancer complicated with LCMV infection [2]. Administration of 100 μg Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3) via intraperitoneal injection prior to each intranasal challenge can reduce ILC2s infiltration in the lungs of mice with type 2 innate lymphoid cell (ILC2s)-mediated airway inflammation [3]. Daily intravenous administration of 100 μg Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3) on days 0–3 can effectively prolong the survival period of grafts in mice with heart transplants [4]. |
