| In vitro | Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (PV-1) at 1 μg/mL, in combination with CD3 monoclonal antibody (145-2C11), activates T-cell receptor transgenic CD8+ T cells (TCRTg101), thereby enhancing their cytotoxicity against C1498 cells [1]. Under the conditions of 10 μg/mL and 18–22 hours of incubation, the combination of CD3 monoclonal antibody (3C11) and goat anti-hamster IgG can effectively promote T-cell activation [2]. |
