In vivo
Anti-Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 (LALA-PG) Antibody (9D9), administered via intraperitoneal injection with a dose of 500 μg 1 day before injection, and 250 μg each on day 2 and day 5, can significantly increase the numbers of regulatory T cells, T follicular helper cells and T follicular regulatory cells in NP2W1S-GFP transplanted mice [1].
Anti-Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 (LALA-PG) Antibody (9D9), administered as a single intraperitoneal injection at a dose of 15 mg/kg, exhibited significant antitumor activity in mice with the colon 26 colon tumor model [2].
