Description
AMX5160 (36) is an orally active BTK inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.98 nM for BTKC481S. It is utilized in research pertaining to multiple sclerosis and other autoimmune diseases.
In vitro
AMX5160 exhibits an IC50 value of 93.2 nM in TMD8 cells and 85.85 nM in Ba/F3-BTK-C481S cells.
In vivo
AMX5160 (36; NIH/3T3-FL-BTK-C481S xenograft BALB/c nude mouse model; 10, 25, 75 mg/kg; oral; twice daily) significantly inhibits tumor growth in a dose-dependent manner. Tumor growth inhibition rates (TGI) are 58%, 63%, and 82% at doses of 10, 25, and 75 mg/kg, respectively. AMX5160 (36) is well-tolerated in mice.

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
