Bioactivity

Description	FTY720 (S)-Phosphate, an S1P receptor 1 (S1PR1) agonist, is utilized in studying acute inflammatory diseases, including acute lung injury.
In vitro	FTY720 (S)-Phosphate acts as an S1PR1 agonist, sustaining its protein expression and reinforcing the endothelial cell barrier in human pulmonary arteries through S1PR1 without promoting its ubiquitination. Moreover, at concentrations ranging from 0.01 to 50 μM, FTY720 (S)-Phosphate diminishes β-arrestin association with S1PR1 [1].
In vivo	FTY720 (S)-Phosphate (0.5 mg/kg, i.p.) maintains S1PR1 expression, protects against bleomycin-induced acute lung injury (ALI), and reduces leukocyte infiltration in the lung tissues of bleomycin-injured mice [1].

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
