| In vivo | The chemical compound 8-CPT-2'-O-Me-cAMP, administered through a 1 µL intravitreal injection at a concentration of 2.05µM, shows efficacy in hindering the progression of choroidal neovascular lesions in a laser-induced damage model. Utilizing a cnoroidal neovascularization (CNV) model in wild type (WT) C57/Bl6 mice, the assigned dosage and administration method resulted in a dose-dependent reduction in CNV volume and an elevation in Rap1 activity within isolated RPE/choroids. Furthermore, the treatment induced a noticeable augmentation in F-actin localization towards the cell periphery and led to a reorganization of the cell junctions into a more linear configuration. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
